I just saw this article on mashable about how to pick a college using social media. It’s interesting that I haven’t seen a lot of nursing students using social media in the same way that students in other programs (I am thinking performing arts programs and the like) are using it. Maybe this is because the average age of nursing students is higher than other undergrads? Or is that nursing students simply don’t have time to update their facebook status (”wooooo, hooooo, still studying about the cranial nerves!) as much?
